About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Badminton Coach to join our team at ClearOne Badminton Centre Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Plan, develop, and implement effective training and practice sessions to enhance athletes' skills and performance.
  • Motivation and Preparation: Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.
  • Prospect Evaluation: Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, making informed decisions about their suitability for the team.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a non-smoking environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the day.
