Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Swift Connect INC. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, including industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts.
  • Pallet Building and Inventory Management: Build pallets, pick orders, and stock materials, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Weigh materials and goods, make labels, and attach them to goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and wear steel-toed safety boots.
