About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Khattra Transport inc. as a Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Consult technical documentation and conduct research to identify and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of technology and software applications.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement new applications and software solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our employees, ensuring their technical needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions.
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and may be required to work overtime as needed.

The primary language of work is English.
