Position Overview: The Vice President (VP), Institutional Investment Solutions, will oversee and direct the implementation of the business line strategy for investment offerings tailored for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management & Strategy: Formulate and execute tailored product management strategies for institutional investment offerings. Lead both short-term and long-term business planning, including lifecycle decisions and innovations.
  • Business Partner: Share insights from institutional clients with investment and product development teams, serving as the client advocate within the organization.
  • Product Development: Contribute innovative product development ideas specifically for the institutional market, collaborating with product development and portfolio management teams.
  • Revenue Growth: Act as a primary contact for institutional clients, including consultants, and develop training for client-facing personnel focused on institutional products.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with proven leadership capabilities in the institutional asset management sector.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and asset management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • French language proficiency is highly desirable; MBA or CFA credentials are preferred.
