We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Red Baron Inn. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning and maintenance services, including painting, repair work, and equipment replacement.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
