Job Title: Floor Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our team at Forever Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
  • Dust and clean furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
