Job Overview:

The role of the Senior Specialist Cyber PMO is pivotal in guiding the strategic and operational frameworks within the organization. This position is designed to support the Manager of Strategic Transformation and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in the development and execution of a comprehensive cyber program that safeguards the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of cyber initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee project delivery, establishing and refining methodologies, standards, and guidelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead quality assurance processes to guarantee that all deliverables meet established quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitate the creation and ongoing enhancement of project delivery methodologies within the cyber domain.
  • Assist in the financial oversight of projects, monitoring expenditures and reporting on financial performance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in project and program management, particularly within governmental or large corporate environments.
  • Proven track record in managing cyber project delivery.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and modern project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches.
  • Strong background in financial management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Possession of PMP certification; CISSP certification is a plus.

  • Exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
