Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QE Automation Testing Lead to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Design and develop reusable test automation scripts, integrating them with DevOps pipelines and applying CI/CD principles.
  • Ensure scalable automation test scripts are up-to-date, well-documented, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, monitoring and controlling activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, analyzing and mitigating them to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading, developing, and implementing functional test strategies, with a focus on change management in complex programs.
  • Experience in Python programming, SQL, and API testing, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Jenkins, Teradata, and qTest.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to determine information and communication needs of stakeholders and project teams.
