Agricultural Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Mingo Farming. As a key member of our harvesting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of our crops.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth
- Cut and harvest agricultural crops with precision and efficiency
- Sort and package produce for market
- Perform greenhouse cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Operate climate controls to optimize crop growth
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
As an Agricultural Labourer at Mingo Farming, you will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements:- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong physical stamina and endurance
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
