Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Prepare proposals and technical documents for construction projects.
  • Analyze and interpret technical reports and documents.
  • Assist in supervising construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain working drawings and specifications.
  • Supervise and mentor architectural technical staff.
  • Write and review technical specifications and reports.
  • Monitor and inspect construction work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects.
  • Construct architectural and display models to communicate design ideas.
  • Assist in design development and presentation graphics.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
