We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at UGG. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Operate cash registers, handle customer transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of UGG products, including features, benefits, and styling options
- Effectively communicate UGG's brand story, sustainability initiatives, and social and ethical commitments to customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive store environment
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store experience
- Perform daily tasks, including inventory management, stockroom maintenance, and cleaning
- 1 year of retail sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
