Hairstylist Job Description

At ArgAnna Beauty, we are seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze hair and scalp conditions to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Cut, trim, and style hair according to client preferences.
  • Provide custom hair and scalp treatments to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Supervise other hair stylists and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to colour, frost, or streak hair.
  • Apply hair extensions to enhance client's natural beauty.
  • Perform receptionist duties to ensure excellent customer service.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus and dependability to ensure exceptional service.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.

Experience:
