Key Responsibilities:- Analyze hair and scalp conditions to determine the best course of treatment.
- Cut, trim, and style hair according to client preferences.
- Provide custom hair and scalp treatments to enhance client satisfaction.
- Supervise other hair stylists and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to colour, frost, or streak hair.
- Apply hair extensions to enhance client's natural beauty.
- Perform receptionist duties to ensure excellent customer service.
- Repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Client focus and dependability to ensure exceptional service.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.
- Reliability to maintain a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week.
