We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Framing Specialist at Bath & Gill Construction Company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the framing of houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
- Construction Tasks: Perform a variety of construction tasks, including erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
- Maintenance and Repair: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Physical Demands: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.
- Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in construction is an asset.
- Work Environment: The ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.
