About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join our advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of client inquiries and requests
  • Support Investment Advisors with general administrative duties, including client account management and review preparation
  • Assist with the preparation of client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files
  • Coordinate meetings and distribute reports as needed
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
