About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Consultant to join our Mid-Market & Aviva Business division. As a Risk Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the Aviva Risk Management Solutions (ARMS) team and associated property and casualty underwriting community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough property and casualty surveys to identify potential risks and develop effective risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with the ARMS team to provide technical guidance and support on risk engineering and underwriting matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and underwriting practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in risk management and underwriting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
Requirements
- University degree in a related field, such as risk management, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in risk management and underwriting, with a strong understanding of property and casualty risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
