This entry-level position is designed for those looking to grow within a supportive environment.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Utilizing computer software and handheld devices for operational tasks
  • Accurately handling and moving products
  • Preparing and auditing outgoing shipments for delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhering to health, safety, and sustainability protocols
  • Engaging in initiatives that support our health and safety goals
  • Completing various training programs focused on environmental health and safety


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record standards for company vehicle use
  • Ability to learn and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Exhibit core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift and manage packages weighing between 25lbs-50lbs, with occasional weights up to 100lbs
  • Pass a required drug screening (where applicable)


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with forklift operation
