Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role
- Prepare production and project reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Supervise and manage workers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities to optimize workflow.
- Oversee apprenticeship training programs to develop future talent.
- Recruit and hire skilled workers to meet project demands.
- Facilitate training sessions or arrange for necessary training programs.
- Manage the operations of the painting division.
- Set up and maintain machines and equipment for painting tasks.
- Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
- Interpret blueprints and drawings to guide project execution.
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Lead and instruct team members to achieve project goals.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Work Environment- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Overtime may be required based on project needs.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
