We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes
- Make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash
- Assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check-in process
- Assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches
- Provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Numeracy
- Oral communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to learn and retain large amounts of changing information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
- Friendly, service-oriented personality
- Reliable transportation preferred as some shifts start early
