Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at BC LTD as a Floor Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail.
  • Work Schedule: Work 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
