Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Administrative Duties: Implement new office procedures, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure adherence to established protocols and deadlines.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policies related to record releases in compliance with government access and privacy regulations.
  • Office Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Budget Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory controls.
  • Reporting: Compile data and prepare various reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry and oversee administrative procedures.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to new staff members.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflict situations that arise.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

Technical Skills
