ERP Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Analyst to join our team at Fed Group. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and adapting our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and associated applications to optimize their use and maximize commercial value.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the team to leverage technology to generate business value.
  • Providing strong customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Using modern technologies to improve process efficiency, perform analysis, and make informed decisions.
  • Establishing structured data sets to generate effective reports, dashboards, and analysis tools for process monitoring and management.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify, evaluate, select, implement, and maintain technology solutions.
  • Providing advice, training, and support to end users, as needed.

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • Development experience with popular ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Mastery of SQL language and management of data movement using tools such as web services, ETL, and ESB for integration between the ERP system and other systems.
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Ability to analyze business data and generate insights, with a preference for experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or custom reporting solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and management of competing priorities and deadlines.
  • French/English bilingualism (spoken and written).
  • Experience in.Net development.
  • Experience with modern data management and data governance methodologies, for example, structured data management and data lakes.
