Your Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Wealth Advisor with daily administrative tasks and ensure seamless client interactions;
  • Prepare meeting packages for clients, ensuring all necessary information is included;
  • Coordinate the financial planning process, gathering required information and ensuring timely follow-up on client requests;
  • Assist with account opening processes for new and current clients, maintaining data integrity and system updates;
  • Responsible for client data accuracy and system maintenance;
  • Prepare client packages, materials, and meetings, ensuring all necessary details are included;
  • Other financial planning tasks, including RRSP, RESP, and TFSA account tracking, research assignments, and report package preparation;

Your Experience and Education

  • 2+ years of experience in the wealth/financial planning industry, preferably in a banking, insurance, or investment-related workplace;
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field;
  • CFP designation or working towards it is considered an asset;
  • You possess a curious and inquisitive attitude, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement;
  • You display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills;

Compensation Range: $49,000 - $75,000/annum
