About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Builden Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and assist in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, and report any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Physical Demands: This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
