Our Sales Representatives:
As frontline advisors, our Sales Representatives utilize their expertise to guide customers towards their optimal phone of choice and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles. They serve as passionate advocates for our diverse carrier mix, including Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Chatr, Lucky, and PC Mobile, along with home and small business services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services.
- Establish genuine relationships with customers; offering expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit their personalized needs.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and mobile devices in the telecommunications industry, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Perform follow-up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post-sale.
- Ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
