We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Lutgarda Wood. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to adults and seniors in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and linen management
  • Provide companionship and social support, engaging in activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Assist with regular exercise, such as walking, and provide support for daily living activities
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
