Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Team Supervision: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain high-quality products.
- Experience: While experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate. A permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week is available.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
