About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at VG Professionals Ltd. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the business development team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Brand Management: Assist in the management of the company's brand, including the development of brand guidelines, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media representatives, and provide timely and effective responses to their inquiries.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other content as required.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market, and provide recommendations to the business development team.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the business development team, including data analysis, market research, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing or business development role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other marketing software.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 35 hours per week.
