We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at ZAIKA TASTES OF INDIA. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Taking and Service: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware to ensure a well-stocked and organized service area.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Culture and Diversity: Participate in diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, as well as provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and Indigenous workers.
