Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process for various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the infrastructure and construction industries.
  • Source and screen candidates for various positions, utilizing a range of tools and techniques, including Boolean searches and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide pre-screened candidates for interviews.
  • Manage the entire life cycle of a requisition, including job postings, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and recruitment firms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • College diploma in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
