Job Summary:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with experience in maintaining and increasing dealer consignment and purchase activity. You will be part of an Inside Sales team responsible for driving sales growth and providing excellent customer experiences on all our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain 100% compliance with Salesforce utilization for accounts in your assigned book of business.
  • Handle and close all at auction and digital if-bids, ensuring a high-level conversion rate.
  • Drive dealer sales growth by utilizing our technology tools, implementing strategic ideas, and selling at auction ancillary services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience within a related field.
  • A valid driver's license in the province of employment.
  • Proficiency in Google Products and computer skills.
  • Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Additional sales certifications or training.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry.
