Position Overview:
This role is vital in maintaining an orderly dealership environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers upon their arrival and guiding them to appropriate parking areas
- Tagging vehicles and preparing them for service
- Managing the parking lot to ensure optimal space utilization
- Maintaining a smooth flow in the service drive-thru
- Preparing vehicles for customer delivery by washing the exterior
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service background and demonstrate:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a vehicle jockey
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in operating both manual and automatic vehicles
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Adaptability to changing environments and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
- Self-motivation and a commitment to excellence
- A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
