Your Opportunity
Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Professional to join our US Corporate Tax team for a 8-month co-op assignment. As a Tax Professional, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and skills to real-world assignments, working closely with senior tax team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply technical knowledge to assignments under the direction of a manager or senior tax team member
- Complete US tax returns, gain exposure to corporate US tax files, and contribute to compliance projects
- Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
- Communicate progress updates and issues to team members on an ongoing basis

- Understand client industries, challenges, and opportunities, and deliver high-quality work
- Identify and recommend effective service delivery to clients

Your Experience and Education
- Completed undergraduate degree or diploma and necessary CPA pre-requisites
- Desire to provide outstanding client service and commitment to teamwork
- Proven leadership skills and ability to take initiative
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation
Salary range: $54,000 to $58,000
