About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be the face of our brand, and your passion for our products will shine through in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Drive sales by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and making recommendations that meet their expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and create a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
