Parts Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Parts Technician to join our team at GreatWest Kenworth Lethbridge. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the right parts for their Kenworth trucks.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct phone calls and emails with customers to process orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with parts estimates and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Refill displays to maintain up-to-date pricing and inventory information.
- Fill orders for the service department in a timely manner for open work orders.
- Pick parts for customers picking up in person or coordinate with the shipping department for customer delivery.
- Work scheduled on-call shifts to provide parts for customers needed after hours.
- Attend additional training as available to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain personal and company equipment.
- Communicate effectively with teams to manage job duties and solve problems.
- Apprentice parts technician or journeyman parts technician certification.
- Experience in heavy-duty truck parts and accessories.
- Forklift experience.
- Intermediate MS Office and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.
- Education: Additional training to further your skill set from outside vendors like Kenworth, Cummins, Eaton, and more.
