We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our standards.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Operations Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to help us optimize our operations and improve efficiency.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are adequately staffed and that our operations are running smoothly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Work Setting: Food service establishment
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and walking
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
