About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Mehtoj Group Ltd. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth dispatch of personnel and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Record-Keeping: Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Logistics Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Emergency Response: Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of shipments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain vehicle operator work records, including mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Communication: Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
