Production Manager

As a Production Manager at Ubisoft, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of games from conception to completion. This includes planning and guiding the overall development process, setting up the production process for success, and tracking and fine-tuning along the way.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and guide the overall development of a game
- Set up the production process for success
- Track and fine-tune the development process
- Work closely with the producer and creative director to assess the overall game vision and project requirements
- Define the scope of the entire project, including its high-level roadmap and timeline, main deliverables, and key milestones
- Build the project's organizational structure to optimize the team's talents
- Anticipate and identify risks and setbacks, and put plans in place to overcome them
- Monitor progress and sync up with associate producers and production managers to keep the project on pace
- Create and maintain a supportive work environment and grow the production team
- 7 years of experience in production management in the video game industry
- In-depth knowledge of development pipelines and interdependencies
- Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies
- A degree in Project Management or Business Administration (or relevant training)
- The ability to influence change and anticipate blockers and find creative solutions to remove them
