SAP ABAP and Fiori, BTP Specialist, AWS Fintech

We are looking for a skilled SAP developer with extensive experience in SAP Fiori, ABAP, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to join our SAP implementation project team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with creating tailored solutions, enhancements, and user interfaces utilizing ABAP programming along with SAP Fiori and SAP BTP services to fulfill the unique business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents to craft custom solutions and enhancements.
* Develop bespoke ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements to augment or modify standard SAP functionalities.
* Design and maintain custom user interfaces using SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 technologies, ensuring a contemporary and user-friendly experience.
* Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to convert business requirements into technical solutions and user interface designs.
* Create and sustain custom Fiori applications, adjust existing Fiori apps, and develop responsive web-based user interfaces utilizing SAPUI5.
* Integrate custom ABAP programs and Fiori applications with other SAP modules and external systems as necessary.
* Leverage SAP BTP services to construct and deploy applications, advocating for and implementing SAP Clean Core principles.
* Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to guarantee the quality and functionality of the developed solutions.
* Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members on ABAP programming and Fiori development best practices.
* Document custom code, interfaces, and technical solutions for future reference and maintenance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ABAP programming and SAP development.
* Proven experience in developing custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
* Proficient in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development, with a track record of creating modern and responsive user interfaces.
* Familiarity with SAP's development tools and environments, such as ABAP Workbench, SAP Web IDE, and SAP GUI.
* Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
* Understanding of SAP architecture, data structures, and integration techniques.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
* Certification in SAP ABAP (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP) or SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 development is preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in SAP implementation projects, particularly in the manufacturing or high-tech sector.
* Knowledge of agile development methodologies and practices.
* Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and cloud-based development.
* Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
