Hornby Island Medical Clinic is seeking a part-time Family Physician to join our team. As a Family Physician, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and rewarding environment that offers a balanced lifestyle.
Key Highlights:
- Part-time position with a minimum of 0.5 FTE
- 1 week on, 1 week off schedule with 1 in 3 call schedule
- Compensated call on 'week on' days
- Opportunity to work up to 0.7 FTE
- Call negotiable
Benefits:
- May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA)
- Recruitment Incentive - up to $20,000 (prorated based on FTE)
- Fee Premium - 15.86%
- Annual Flat Fee - $24,072
- Rural CME starting at $1,000 for up to 2 years, increasing to a maximum of $/annum after 4 years
