Job Summary

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Network Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and managing advanced network solutions using HPE Aruba and ClearPass technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust network architectures to ensure security, connectivity, and resiliency.
  • Act as the primary resource on various network architecture projects, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology strategies that enhance network efficiency and reliability.
  • Support the development and implementation of cloud services and applications.
  • Provide Level-3 troubleshooting and support for network issues and optimize network performance.
  • Implement network security measures and best practices to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures, including routing and switching protocols, network virtualization, and software-defined networking.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement network monitoring and management tools to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and adapt to changing business requirements and technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an enterprise environment as a Senior Network Administrator or Network Engineer role with architecture, deployment, and Level-3 troubleshooting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with HPE Aruba CX 6300s/8300s series.
  • Demonstrated experience with Aruba Central Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with Wireless deployment and configuration.
  • One or more relevant certifications demonstrating expertise and proficiency in network technologies, such as ACSX - Aruba Certified Switching Expert, ACSP - Aruba Certified Switching Professional, or ACSA - Aruba Certified Switching Associate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).
  • Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP).
  • Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX).
  • Aruba Certified Design Professional (ACDP).
  • Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP).
  • CompTIA Network+.
  • Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA) or Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP).
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Senior level hands-on knowledge of Fortinet products, including advanced functionality.
  • Azure ExpressRoute experience.
  • Proficient working experience with HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass deployment, integration, TACACS, Onboard, and OnGuard policy features or comparable solutions.
  • Proficient working experience with Fortinet FortiGate NGFW products within an Enterprise environment.
  • Proficient working experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures.
  • Proficient working experience with a variety of network technologies, protocols, and topologies.
  • Proficient working experience troubleshooting network issues and optimizing network performance.
  • Proficient working experience Implementing network security measures and best practices.
  • Proficient working experience with a range of routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS).
  • Proficient working experience with Network security technologies (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
  • Proficient working experience with network virtualization and software-defined networking (SDN).
  • Proficient working experience with cloud networking and integration with public cloud platforms.
  • Proficient working experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow, Wireshark).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing business requirements and technologies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
