We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at R&R Farming Limited. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the smooth cultivation and harvesting of our crops.
Key Responsibilities- Crop Management: Assist in the planting, cultivation, and irrigation of crops, including ginseng and tobacco.
- Field Maintenance: Clear fields of wood and stones, and remove manually all suckers and water sprouts.
- Harvesting: Hand harvest vegetables and divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean the crops, greenhouses, and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Quality Control: Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
As a Laborer at R&R Farming Limited, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. You must be able to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Availability: You must be available to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
