We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialized Cleaner to join our team at WJ4 General Services Inc. As a Specialized Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery to clean buildings, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment
  • Clean soot and creosote from chimneys and fireplaces
  • Clean ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces
  • Clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment
  • Clean interior and exterior of motor vehicles
  • Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces
  • Vacuum floors
  • Wax and polish floors
  • Shampoo upholstery
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Experience with specialized cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Certifications in areas such as confined space entry or fall protection
