- Light housekeeping, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Accompanying clients on outings, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- Shopping and errands, assisting with daily tasks and errands.
- Medication assistance and reminders, ensuring timely medication administration.
- Ambulation and transporting of clients, providing safe and comfortable transportation.
- Providing companionship to clients, offering emotional support and social interaction.
- Ability to follow care plans, ensuring consistency and quality of care.
- Documentation and charting, maintaining accurate records of client care.
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel around the location territory, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
- Access to internet and mobile phone, facilitating communication and documentation.
- Certification not required, but a Personal Support Worker or Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent is a plus.
