Position Overview

Join RMA Technologies Inc. as an Electronic Components Technician. This permanent role offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage in the assembly and testing of electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Primary Duties
  • Conduct soldering and manual assembly of various electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Utilize automatic and semi-automatic machinery for positioning, soldering, and cleaning specified components on PCBs.
  • Inspect final assemblies for quality, labeling, and packaging standards.
  • Verify mechanical dimensions and execute go-no-go electrical testing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Identify and label acceptable and defective assemblies.
  • Perform basic electrical and continuity tests on electronic components, parts, and systems.
  • Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications accurately.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Experience with microscopes, power tools, soldering equipment, and hand tools.
