About the Role:

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a skilled Flooring Foreman to join our team. As a Flooring Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of flooring systems to ensure high-quality results and meet production targets.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and materials to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of hours worked and production metrics.

Requirements:

  • Commercial flooring experience with a focus on hard surface and polished concrete installations.
  • Ability to travel and work out of town as required.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.
