About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the firm's growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our client base and market share.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in target industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Track and analyze business development metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the legal industry or a similar professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
