About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team at DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM SYLVAN LAKE. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing the work of our information clerks, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and equipment, and maintaining a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Perform tasks and duties similar to those of the workers you supervise, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in an administrative or clerical setting.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
