Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive reputation for the salon.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Human Resources: Identify human resources requirements, develop and implement human resource planning and development strategies to support team growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
