Retail Store Manager

BC LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
