Ambulatory Scheduling Specialist

Job Title: Ambulatory Scheduling Builder
Job Summary: Global Pharma Tek is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Scheduling Builder to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building, analyzing, and implementing scheduling workflows in Cerner Millennium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Analysis and Implementation: Conduct thorough analysis of scheduling workflows and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Evaluation: Provide training and evaluation of scheduling workflows to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
- Testing and Maintenance: Develop and execute testing scripts to ensure scheduling workflows are functioning correctly and make necessary adjustments for maintenance and support.
- Recommendations and Extensions: Extend recommendations to scheduling testing scripts and scheduling DCW development to ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills in understanding scheduling tools of both front and back-end, as well as proficiency in CCL for scripting, customizations, and queries.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the Cerner Ops Programming team to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Cerner Millennium: Minimum 2 years of experience in Cerner Millennium Win Scheduling applications.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex scheduling workflows and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and evaluate scheduling workflows.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CCL for scripting, customizations, and queries, as well as understanding of scheduling tools of both front and back-end.
